We had a last minute issue with our Air condition unit . We we're selling a home and the closing with the buyers was the next day. Our technician Daniel figured out the problem , which was more complicated then we thought His patience and professionalism were outstanding Definitely recommend
Over the weekend our AC stopped working so we made an emergency call to E.M Logan because it was a 95 degrees. The technician, Daniel, showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. He spent time explaining to us what the issues could be and how he was going to fix it, which we really appreciated. This is the second time we have used E.M Logan, and we are very satisfied with the service. We will continue to use this company for our HVAC maintenance.
Tech was great and experienced! Rep was very prompt in returning my call and called me in advance when tech was on the way. Big👍
The technician addressed the issue I was having with my electrical outlet. He was knowledgeable and repaired it quickly. Very professional and I was confident that he knew what he was doing.
