Rude customer service from the owner and staff! I only come here because it’s inside Walmart and there are no other eyebrow threading options nearby. Customer service is poor. Based on my experience, the staff show a rude and unpleasant attitude, especially toward customers from South Asia, which is unacceptable. Hygiene is also an issue. Hands are not consistently washed or sanitized between customers, and the tables, tools, and other items used during services do not appear to be properly cleaned. Hi. One thing I will say is that the women here are talented at their craft. However, my experiences with customer service and sanitation have not been pleasant. On one visit, I politely asked a technician to wash her hands before servicing me after she had been sitting and using her phone. She appeared offended by the request. She and another technician then spoke in their language, followed by a response in English, and handed me hand sanitizer, implying that I should wash my hands. 1 star is being GENEROUS. Go anywhere else time and time again they let me down but NOTHING as bad as this. Im not even sure the women working there are licensed or certified at the very least. The prices went up anyways, you can go down the street to Luxxe Beauty inside the tanning salon next to Waxing the City. I get its convenient but thats the whole gag of these salons inside the place you have to go shop at anyways!

Went a couple times. Will never go back after this . Cut my eyebrow in half. Lady told me my eyebrows were thin & missing parts before I came . Left is after & the right is how they normally look
