I am very disappointed with my experience here. I came in for eyelashes clearly listed as $35, yet at checkout I was charged $45. The explanation given was that these were the “better ones,” but at no point was I informed of an upgrade or a higher price, nor is it posted anywhere. This kind of pricing practice feels misleading and unfair. Customers deserve transparency and the chance to make their own choice, not to be surprised with extra charges after the fact. $35 should mean $35. Went here for the first time after reading great reviews and I’m so glad I did! Nora was my stylist and she was very attentive, making sure everything was just right. She did an amazing job on my eyebrows—they look fantastic! Highly recommend.
I am in rapture!!! Nara did an amazing job. I wanted something beautiful and natural when I tell you she executed. I rarely get my lashes done but this has changed that. This officially is my new go-to place. So happy
