OK so my lashes didn't look natural at all the first day. I dealt with it because that's what I do. I was told they would last 2 weeks however they all came off before one week and I was very careful with them even though they looked worse than something I could have done at home. They caused my eyes irritation from the first day but I dealt with it until the fifth day when they finally began to fall off. Do not recommend.

I would give this business a zero if I could. Established within the Shepherdsville Walmart, this location unfortunately has access to any customers of the store. The employee working today, 9/16/24, took photos of a BABY at checkout. When questioned the female employee denied this action and in the process, turned the phone so that the photo could be clearly seen. A total invasion of privacy and lack of professionalism. If this is an action allowed by the business, I caution ANYONE to go there.

I decided to get my eyelashes done for Easter. I was the only client there at the time so I got in immediately when I walked in. I requested a lash lift because that was one of the options on the menu. However, the lady told me that they don't do eyelash lifts. So, I told her I would get the classic lashes (which was also listed on the menu). She sat me down and got me to get my eyebrows threaded as well. I went to get lash extensions today and as she was doing them she expected me to hold my eye open the ENTIRE time, like i have to blink?? While she was wiping the glue on my forehead and my cheek and also dropped an eyelash and glue in my eye and got it out with SHARP tweezers. They look very messy and are also poking into my eye.
