Niesha charged us $34 when my grandma only did tinting ($20) and I did threading (eyebrows) only ($9), she told us she would charge $29 but the receipt came out to $34, we explained to her that she told us it was gonna be $29 and she proceeded to say "I'm sorry if you misunderstood but I said $34" then a nice lady who also works there later came up to us saying we were correct and so I came back to confront Niesha and she later gave me the change. Called before I drove 54 miles to confirm Reyna was in and was told she was only to get there and be told she was off today. The lady that blatantly lied said she could do my brows and completely messed them up then refused to fix them when I told her I was unhappy with them. Horrible business practice I’m going to leave a bad review on all platforms so this won’t happen to anyone else.
