Favorite place to get all my waxing needs done, pooja was especially wonderful today! Can’t beat the prices here either. Always leave feeling much more beautiful than I came!

New technician working And she is rude while always talking on her phone during services. She doesn’t even apply soothing lotion nor personal to customers. 5 months ago I would have given 5 stars for the last technician. She was kind, personal with great customer service and I had been a loyal customer. Not sure why it’s always one overworked technician. Even the elderly lady in front of me today asked if there was a manager to speak too. I do recommend and will probably not be returning.
