One of the best places to go in Richmond for eyebrow threading. Chaku always does a great job on my eyebrows. I would highly recommend.
I never leave reviews, and this was actually my first time ever getting lashes done, so I was really excited to try it. I booked the eyelash and eyebrow package. While I’m not upset with how my brows turned out, the lashes were a completely different story. There was a thick, noticeable black line of glue across my eyelid, the lashes weren’t even applied all the way across, and they looked extremely sloppy. Chaku is the best! I’ve been a regular for 3 years now. Love her
DO NOT recommend, literally started coming off not an hour after, it looked terrible. Under 10 mins. VERY rude when called and spoke with her telling her I was displeased with the results and wanted my money back. She also did my brows and literally had to pluck hair she missed.
Chaku is an amazing person and very experienced! Very professional and detailed! Definitely recommend!!!
