Bad experience. I was there for over 3 hours for a pedicure and manicure. The dip on my nails were coming off within 2 weeks. I Will never go back!!!
The chair was dirty and they had just opened. Gel coming off after 3 days. They are nice people, but I worry about the cleanliness of everything.
The girls gave mean girl energy my nail came off a day after and they still charged to fix it while I was getting my nail fixed a client was talking and having a good time when she left all the so called professional did was talk bad about her hands and nail and was actually very rude I will never go back and would never recommend.
Will not be going back to em &em nails asked for a natural acrylic sat there for hour and 1/2 and didn’t get what I asked for getting more emotional buy the minute I don’t do stuff for myself she tells me she is almost done my nails are bulky no shape to them at all she asked me to wash my hands she new I wasn’t happy told her I didn’t want a top coat I have to go home and fill them more and shape them and have to paint them cause they didn’t use a natural acrylic but used a white she said ok and still charged me 66 dollars ... read more
