Shout out to E & M for great AAA road service today. After being told that my wait would be up to 3 hours, I was ecstatic to find myself back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Not only was the service quick, but the mechanic was aware of all the VW quirks!
One of your drivers was following me on route 40 and tailgating me so bad, my 13 year old was scared and asking me why he was driving that way! I yelled out the window at him when I got to Elmer and he pulled up to me and acted like he wanted to fight! I had to tell him how to act in front of children. I had 2 vehicles worked on here. 1 complete overhaul on my 73 Super Beetle and a repair on my 2500 Ram Diesel. Both jobs were done beautifully and the customer service is great. Tom is very friendly and a great communicator and they must have some very talented body guys!
I wasn't able to catch his name but whoever is #6 (since thats all triple a had gave me in reference to him when i called)had towed my car yesterday and was very quick to get there and gave great service, thanks again ! Just wanted to give some feedback
This is my second time doing business with E&M. They do great work, and were very easy and courteous to work with. They kept me informed about the progress, I would definitely use them again if the need arises!
Great place for bodywork. Very professional and helpful. Gave me an estimate within minutes, and did good work.
