I went to about 4-5 dealers before EM Auto and all wanted to charge warranty and etc. Ed was very helpful, made the process easy and straight to the point. No extra charges, vehicle was kept clean and presented car fax.

Ayad was great, gave him a call and he showed up on an off day to show me the car I was looking at and let me test drive it, he was very easy to work with. Car was clean and shined up, he showed me the car fax and answered all the information I asked. It was a great experience and a great buy he made the paperwork painless.
