My husband and I are so appreciative of of Mr Felton’s knowledge and expertise in Realty. We had obstacles that came up and together we solved each one. Mr Felton went over and beyond with loan officers and he was completely there in helping us fill out applications. Elzie took such a positive stance and was there professionally and Brotherly spiritually. We are now in our home. He made it happen! Thank you so much Elzie and KW Realty. We absolutely are happy to be in our own home.
Elzie was very helpful in guiding us in renting a home that suited our needs. His response time was incredibly fast and his knowledge of the area was vast!
Mr.Felton was my realtor on my recent sale of my land down in Harwood, Tx. He was fantastic, professional, incredibly friendly and a pleasure to speak to. I wish I had taken him up on his offer for some bbq before I moved out of state.
