RecommendedOur department of teachers enjoyed a fantastically relaxing group yoga session together plus chair massages. Grace is awesome. Do your staff a favor and send them down there!

I attended my first of what I now know will be many classes at Elysium. The class I tried was one of Grace's vinyasa sessions, so I can only speak for that, but I loved it. She did a great job of taking us through the poses and instructing a nice mix of chataranga flow, a warrior sequence (where I could feel my legs shaking), as well as balance (where I again felt my legs shaking :P).
