The girl was very new and she was so so sweet but this is how my hair looked.. she kept asking the owner for help and was clearly unsure and the owner still left the shop and left her to try and fix her mistake herself and it just was not good. I don't even blame the girl that did it, the owner saw the problem and left anyway. Thank goodness my hair grows fast

The woman who does hair cuts did not follow inspiration photos at all let alone instruction. Instead of a side bang, or scene/emo style bangs the style that was given was straight across cut bangs and refused to add any sort of layering to blend the bangs. She said she did not have time despite being at least 10 minutes late to the intake time. Both my kids are absolutely in love with their new hair cuts! My youngest had tried two other places to get her hair layered and left disappointed, the third times's a charm! Trinity styled it beautifully and explained the process to her so she can do it at home. My oldest has curly hair and wears it short, but wanted it to be able to grow it out a bit without looking shaggy. Trinity gave her exactly what she wanted. We can't wait to go back! Also really appreciated the convenience of booking online!

Ive been here a few times, each time I'm so glad I come in. I always feel like Trinity genuinely cares for my hair and how I look when I walk out of her salon. I don't get my hair done anywhere else as it’s such a wonderful experience beginning to end.
