I had a great experience. The room was cozy and comfortable with great music playing. Shelby was very engaging with conversation and just explain her process of what she was doing. I also like the fact that she advised of aftercare procedures and products.
Always a pleasant experience. You can tell that Shelby really cares about her craft.
Shelby is always very welcoming and kind. She has done my first Brazilian wax and I couldn't have picked a better person. She educated me not only on the process, was very gentle, but also educated me how to keep my skin smooth and clear. Definitely will continue to use her services.
Shelby is so amazing. I am a queer person who gets Brazilian Waxes monthly, and she always makes me feel so welcome. I'm relatively new to getting waxed, and she also has great advice on how to maintain the area without being pushy on products. If you're LGBTQ, and can't find a safe and comfortable space to get waxed, Elysium Esthetics is it!
Shelby is hands down the best. Even when I moved out of state I still booked with her. She through, gentle and makes you feel comfortable throughout the process.
