Getting too big for Elk Grove – I have been a regular customer of this spa since 2003. I noticed that the hair stylist don't stay there for long. In 3 years I have had 5 stylist. I have had haircuts, maincures, pedicures and massages at this spa and am usually satisfied. My most recent experience was a bit too much. I called to make an appointment for a haircut. Enter At Your Own Risk – Went in for color + cut. @ the time I had dyed black hair. My hair came out brown!?. + I never said I just wanted my roots touched up I actually needed dye to be applied all over. After the color she cut my hair. My hair was a one length bob w/ bangs straight across. I wanted her to cut everything straight across and 1" shorter.
