i've lived here for about 5 months now and I really love my apartment. It's absolutely beautiful. moving in was so easy thanks to Victoria and Emily! The community is gorgeous, I don't have many complaints, but I do have some. The community is mainly filled with 20-30 Year olds, there's a lot of lively people in this apartment complex. They throw a lot of parties all the time. Therefore, our beautiful pool gets destroyed. We’ve been living here for almost a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with the community! It’s very cozy, perfectly located, and I love how much greenery there is around. I want to especially thank Emily, she’s just wonderful, always so attentive, helps with any questions, and she absolutely adores my Pomeranian, Joey. I’m truly grateful for all her support
Still have the same on going problems and I see they have no intentions of fixing any of it so I cant recommend this place.. Pros and Cons Pro: 1. Layout 2. Decent location for any fellow foodies 3. Nice staff Con/pro 1.Lots and lots of sweet dogs 2.HUGE pot community here so if you dont like the smell of pot seeping through your windows you won't like it here Con: 1. Ms. Victoria is amazing! Always so helpful and smiling. It’s truly an honor and blessing to have met her. She knows her job very well and the one thing I can say is her professionalism is not only top tier but very welcoming. I appreciate that. Thanks Zerzura for hiring her. She has made an impact on me.
I actually work in property management and I went into these apartments because I’ve been looking at them for a long time and it is actually my dream apartment. I dealt with a really nice woman named Victoria, She was very nice, but unfortunately, I don’t think she knows the job duties the way she should or she hasn’t been properly trained, I was very transparent about the fact that I have an NV energy collection and I let her know I was willing to pay it before applying If it was something that could get me automatically de... read more
