I scheduled an appointment tour online for 5:30pm confirmed. Walked into the office and told me they do not take tours after 3:30-4pm. Also said website time was in eastern time which would put 5:30pm to 2:30pm doesn’t make sense. Was getting ignored and did not feel welcomed, lady wasn’t very friendly.
The maintenance staff are always professional . They complete the jobs correctly the first time. They also give ideas for preventive measures.
Cushman & Wakefield really nailed it with this one, an apartment community that gives me that authentic Section 8 lifestyle without the Section 8 discount. From day one I knew I was home: neighbors throwing thrash from above on my balcony (great for my dog’s health), walls so thin I can hear my neighbor’s phone conversations, and neighbors that keep things lively by throwing diapers onto the parking awnings. We had a tour by Victoria, she was wonderful! very informative, respectful and knew what she was talking about. She definitely knows what she’s doing and if you’re look to find an apartment this is the one to go for!
Beautiful community but terrible, lazy and unprofessional staffs in the office. They all need to be re-trained. Emily, specifically. Looks like she hates her job, honestly. Please, either re-train them or hire more professional staffs. thank you
