Despite the price tag, the amenities, year-over-year are always closed for long periods of time. Currently our pool has been closed for 6 weeks, and when I asked what was ETA for re-opening, the leasing agent told me permits still had to be drawn up with the city, inspections, and the budget to fix the pool had to be approved by upper management. I haven’t moved into Zerzura yet, but I’m in the application process and already impressed. Victoria from the leasing office has been amazing!! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and overall just really pleasant. I’ve dealt with rude or unhelpful people at other places, and it certainly puts me off wanting to move in. Good leasing staff makes such a difference to the living experience!
