I went to the Falcon location and Olivia Bergsten was able to get me in within the hour! She was very personable and such a joy to talk to while she did my hair. I came in with botched hair that I thought was not saveable, after sweat and tears lol she SAVED my hair! She was able to fix my orange splotchy highlights and turned them into what I had asked for from the other stylist at another salon. I really don't like writing negative reviews but what I asked for is not what I got. This was not my first visit to the salon and have used the same stylist each visit. I came in with photos and written description of what I wanted. and how the hair needed to be cut and styled. When I got home and took a good look, it was obvious some parts were cut much too short, others sections were not blended and heavy, and many stragglers that needed to be trimmed off. Sydney did an amazing job with both my cut and color!!! It was a bold cut and color and she brought it! I would highly recommend her!!!! I had a vision and she matched it! She took her time, was patient, and truly knew what she was talking about and walked me through her thought process each step of the way!!!
