I contacted Elysian regarding purchasing a scan that I would pay for privately. I had reviewed all the information they provided on their web site. Elysian responded that they refused to supply any additional information until I provided them with an approved requisition from my doctor. So obtain my doctors approval before I really understand what I'm purchasing and if I'm going to proceed.
