I had one appointment with Adam Mulford an osteopath. Although I really don’t understand how this all works I am just here to say that this is first time in years that I am pain free. Fingers crossed this continues on. He came highly recommended and i really am glad that I gave it a try.
Amazing experience. Relaxing and just what I needed. Oils smell incredible still and it's 4 hours later. Totally relaxed. First time for me and I will definitely be back.

Had the best experience at Elysian’s restorative yoga class with Nazanin! WOW! It was just a beautiful class. First of all the facility is amazing- tucked in a corner of south Surrey and I am so glad to have found it. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. Nazanin as an instructor was knowledgeable, caring, and warm. She held space for us and walked us through an amazing medication under the full moon. I will certainly be back! Thank you
