Great place to live for young and old – My husband and I live here with our two babies. We have never had a problem. They are quick to take care of maintenance, but leave you alone most of the time. It has a cozy neighborhood feel which makes taking walks through the complex a lot of fun. There are many people who have retired here, and a lot of college students/recent grads as well, and everything in between. Great place to live and I recommend it to ALL of my friends who are looking for a new place!
a quiet place to live – Elysian Gardens is an excellent apartment complex. Its best features are: quiet, great value, small and personal. Landlords leave you alone, but are available if you have a need such as maintenance. If you prefer special amenities and a trendy feel, this is not the place for you due to the lack of pool/exercise facilities/etc. Our security deposit of $200 was refunded within a few weeks of having moved out.
