RecommendedToday was my first time. It was an amazing experience! The staff was friendly, helpful, full of information, attentive, knowledgeable and just great to do business with! That said, I would recommend Cryotherapy to just about anyone, and would recommend Elysian Cryotherapy to EVERYONE! Pumped to be a monthly member!
This place has really helped me! Was in a wreck and wanted to try a more natural approach to healing and within two sessions I’ve started feeling better. HIGHLY recommend trying it if you have any type of discomfort or pain!

I was thinking about taking another day off from Rush Cycle, but decided to try out the Normatec Compression boots to see if that would help the soreness and increase the blood flow in my legs. Mission accomplished...just hope the two classes at Rush Cycle are not fully booked yet!! #work 💪
Cold but effective! Everyone should give it a try!
I had my first treatment Saturday, 9/8. Chris and staff were great. It's amazing what a difference 3 minutes of cold make.
One of my favorite places to go each week! Extremely professional, and owned by an incredible couple that are deeply involved in the community. Recommend multiple sessions for chronic issues.
I signed up for the 12 session package just after doing one session. My first time I instantly felt energized and overall just great! I’m getting towards the end of my 12 sessions and I’m hooked! This has been the best thing for my tired achy body after hard workouts or even just after a stressful day at the office!
