This review is solely for the interview process. The experience provided by Pat Fryklund was exceptional. He communicated clearly and demonstrated great knowledge of the company. If there is a bonus for boosting this company's reputation, Pat Fryklund definitely deserves it.
It is my recommendation to stay away from this company. Their customer service is very unfriendly and they threatened to put a lien on my house when there was a question of overpayment . They are taking advantage of elderly people.
We had a great experience working with Elysian Construction. They inspected our roof and windows and worked directly with our insurance company. Chuck was excellent at keeping our projects on schedule and maintaining clear communication with us. We highly recommend Elysian Construction.
Shout out to Chuck who was very professional, courteous & informative throughout my full home window project. Had some delay issues with manufacturer, but overall Chuck kept the ball rolling & was able to keep me up to date. Windows look great! Again, Chuck and his crew were awesome.
