Wow, AVOID Here is the warning I wish someone else had posted so I could have used a different company. I canceled my contract with them after they bounced a partial refund payment I was owed after they acknowledged they were not going to be able to get my roof on before winter (I wanted them holding less of my money as a deposit). I was told the roof would happen before winter. I have been trying to get the rest of my money back since. They have been promising and missing partial refunds since. I am still out more than 15k ... read more
We have been waiting 6 months for our roof to be installed and it's been radio silence from the office or any of the project managers since we wrote them the deposit check. When I call, no one ever answers the phone. We now have squirrels in our attic due to damage on our gutter that was supposed to be fixed by now. If your roof needs fixing, work with someone else!
