My wife and I hired Elysian Catering for our wedding, and couldn’t have asked for more. We had a nice tasting for the menu, and they accommodated our feedback perfectly. The whole menu ended up being 2 Hor D’oeuvres, 2 entrées for each plate, and 2 sides. A bunch of the guys at the wedding asked them for their short rib recipe and the girls raved over the lobster macaroni and cheese. I have hired Elysian Catering three times in the last 12 months and each time I have been blown away by the highly professional staff, the wide variety of menu offerings, incredibly delicious food and the most amazing service! Micah is seriously the best. The food is amazing. You can tell he puts his pride in the quality of the food. He is so easy to work with. Everyone raved how good it was.
