I've never waited more than 5 minutes in the lobby. The ladies at the desk are caring and professional. As far as the dental work- they don't pressure you - just tell you what you need done and how much it's gonna cost ya. I would highly recommend.
I rarely take time to write reviews. However, my experience with Dr. Rubenstein and his staff was a five-star service from the receptionist to every specialist. I was there to accompany my mom during her visit. I was so impressed with her high level of dedication and service. I had to inquire about being a new patient on the spot. I was seen right away as a walk in patient.
