I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Rubenstein last week and I was so happy to have met him. He is very experienced, kind, knowledgeable and resourceful and did not try to sell services that were not necessary. I will definitely keeping him in mind for the work! Go to see him.
I've been a patient since 2010 (8 years)! Dr. Rubenstein and his staff are caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, personable and fun. Yes, fun. I've never felt pressured to do more than was necessary. In other words, Dr. Rubenstein does not push extra treatments or procedures as I've experienced with other dentists (or maybe we can call them used car salesmen). I trust Dr. Rubenstein to provide me with the dental care I need!
Santa Monica Family Dentistry is exactly that! Amazing professional, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable dental office in my opinion. From the moment you walk in your treated like family with professionalism and kindness! Alician is a wonderful dental hygienist - kind, knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. Claudia always makes sure my appointments are made in advance - 5 stars is not enough!
I had not been to the dentist in years and was embarrassed about it and scared. Every single person in the office made me feel relaxed and comfortable...When the technician started going over my long absence from seeing dentist and I was embarrassed about it..he just said.."We don't do guilt or shame here..just get your smile back."...I relaxed...actually enjoyed the visit...Was expecting cold, rude, scary experience with huge drilling sounds going off all over terrifying me...was more like a nice day spa for my teeth..Thank... read more
Dr. Rubenstein's office (including his wonderful staff-thanks especially to Ermi) make going to the dentist a positive, painless, and a pleasant experience. How lucky anyone could be to find a dentist who is so kind and careful with his patients.
I was seen promptly. I was treated respectfully and professionally. I experienced no discomfort at all. A job well done.
Everything is top notch from front office to quality of care. My family had a dozen of major procedures done at the office, all without any issues. Now only doing preventative maintenance.
I've been going to this office for 14 years. I always get my cleaning done with my two favorites, Alison and Jennifer. Always leave happy. And Ermey is always a pleasure to speak to at the front desk..
