Sorry you had a bad experience at Ely's Tires. For clarification purposes, we use state of the art machinery. You drove in on a tire so bad that the bead of the tire was separated from the actual tire. There was a chance your rim would crack. We advised you of the risk and you chose for us to not proceed. As far as the parking situation, you parked on a pedestrian sidewalk which was blocking the entrance to our business. You have run flat tires so driving it an extra 100 feet wouldn't do any damage.
