I been to their other locations before and finally the southwest location is here. A BRUCH THAT HITS THE SPOT, between Ihop and Lindo Michoacan Las Vegas a nice mexican american combo

So I have mixed feelings about this place, I was very happy to know that they had an ely’s closer to my side of town. So I thought I’d try it. When I walked in. It was very busy and I only saw two servers. However, I saw the owner Roberto in the kitchen cooking and he made eye contact with me and directly came to sit me and my family down.That was a very first great impression. Not a great experience at this newer Ely's. While my food was excellent (Green Chilaquiles with steak), my wife's food (Menudo), was lacking in a lot of flavor/seasoning. The waitress, while pleasant and kind, was almost inaudible with no other noise in the restaurant and didn't frequently check up on us. There were only 4 other different groups of guests dining at the time. Lastly and in my opinion, it was like dining in an oven.
