Like the other customer, this was a no call, no show scheduled appointment for late afternoon/early evening; 4:30 to 6:30 pm time frame. Very irritating and after reading the other review, I won't make another appointment.
This guy was a no call no show 2 days in a row... after the first missed appointment i had to call him to see what was going on, they rescheduled for the next day.. big surprise another no show no call.... i have a yound son and like everyone else i need my fridge to work... better call someone else...
I would recommend this company for anyone needing appliance repair! His service was on time, he completed the job quickly and his pricing was a wonderful shock! One of the best in this area by far!
I had a leak in my washer, and I talked to John from Ely's Appliance, great man. He ask me the symptoms or signs. He appears to me honest and with a lot of experience. He saved me a couple hundred dollars. I would recommed him in a heart beat.
I called around 11AM for a service tech to come out and put a new electrical plug on my dryer. The gentleman on the phone was nice, quoted me a price and gave me the time of "after 3PM' as to when a tech would be out. By 6:30PM I had all but given up when the tech arrived. He (John) was extremely nice, did the work well, even explained what he was doing and why. He also took a look at (and fixed!) my leaky hot water hose for my washer at no extra charge (minor repair).
