I purchased a used 2021 f150 5 months ago. Being used, the vehicle had a couple small issues. Eleria ford repaired the issues with no questions asked. One part had to be ordered so they couldn't fix it right away. They drove an hour and a half to my house with a loaner, picked up the truck, and brought it back to me when it was fixed. The price was fair, the salesman Nick was great, and the service on all levels was excellent. I will drive the hour and a half to buy from them again.Â
