They kept most of my security deposit telling me they had to clean nicotine from the walls and I don’t even smoke. A deceitful company with bad intentions. Doesn’t care about the tenants. Reported constant noise complaints to them about neighbor upstairs. Started to sue to get the rest of my deposit back, but didn’t think it would be worth it. I also had character witnesses willing to testify that I didn’t smoke. The apartment was run down and wasn’t properly cleaned when I moved in.
