Jon at Elyon is amazing to work with. He is very detailed with any work being done! Explains the process and handles every project like it’s his own home. Very responsive and knowledgeable! Elyon property management is an amazing management company and love working with them.
Our newly formed condo HOA decided to hire Elyon Property Mgmt. to manage our property because we have had such good service from them during our building phase. They are responsive, caring and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.
Lived at Waterfront - half of the laundry machines were broken for the entire 1.5 years I lived there, no bike parking, Elyon staff entered my apartment multiple times without notice, and my oven set the carbon monoxide alarm off - horrible staff communication, very unprofessional. Also they took $20 off my move in fee to write a good review so don’t trust all reviews!! Good lake views though
I am very disappointed with their service. Elyon has rude customer service and no transparency! They will charge you for anything they can and ignore your problems. If you call them for an explanation, they’ll hang up on you. I’ve probably written 2 reviews in my life but couldn’t let this experience go. Complete disaster of a company with poor management and horrendous customer service. Avoid at all costs
