I had a very disappointing experience renting from Elyon Property Management. Throughout my tenancy (only 2 years), I felt like I was treated unfairly and without respect and now just flat out retaliated against for a reason I have nooo idea about. Firstly, the apartment was poorly cleaned when I moved in. Secondly, the surrounding neighbors i had, were just plain rude, nosey and snitched on you to the property management for silly things. Beware... bug infested the place wasn't clean but freshly bombed for pest and they were everywhere.
Here's my personal opinion on this property management company. Now I've Never rented from them but I attempted to recently. When we first applied last year the property manager that accepted our application said we were approved. However, we told her that the property in question was not up to our standards so we wanted to keep looking keeping her in mind of course. Jon at Elyon is amazing to work with. He is very detailed with any work being done! Explains the process and handles every project like it’s his own home. Very responsive and knowledgeable! Elyon property management is an amazing management company and love working with them.
