Elyce has a special way of tuning into what others are feeling that I've never experienced before. She has been a great guide and coach through months of internal work and growth. Whether that’s just the space to clear my head, a teaching / new practice or just support and encouragement that how I’m feeling is OK. When I began sessions with Elyce, The Feeling Expert, I told her I have anxiety. I needed help with the constant mental chatter. My self-talk was very mean. I needed help and I knew asking for it would provide me the most relief. I also couldn’t ask the people who loved me to support me any more than they were. I worked with Elyce for a little over six months. She is always present, caring and truly a feeling partner with her clients. I truly enjoyed having her as my mental health partner as I worked toward the goals set at the onset of therapy. Very positive and productive experience.
