I hired Mr. Ely after I was involved in a horrific car accident caused by an 18 wheeler truck. I can’t say enough great things about Mr. Ely. He was the pit-bull I needed to help get the care I needed and to deal with the other insurance company who tried to minimize the accident and not hold their client responsible. So very thankful for this firm and the legal outcome.

Took a case that other attorneys would not touch because it was not a slam dunk. Most other attorneys only want a for sure case that one could settle on their own. Attorney Ely took a full insurance defendant denial and turned it into a very decent settlement. He did the work and proved the case. He is a pleasure to work with and listens to all details.
