Been their for years
I needed a doctor’s appointment because I couldn’t get into my usual clinic, and the receptionist, Jo, was extremely rude. She asked why I couldn’t go to my normal clinic and why I needed to see a doctor. I shouldn’t have to explain my symptoms to a receptionist when she is not a doctor. This is one of the main reasons I switched clinics.
Dr Lim is a joke. Denied scans I requested months ago. Because even if they did it he stated he wouldn’t do anything. Presented to hospital, they instantly recommended a CT scan. You shouldn’t have to present at an emergency department to get something your GP should’ve done ages ago. I won’t be back and I highly recommend going elsewhere. He’s lucky he’s not being sued for malpractice.
I tell all my family, if one day I die, take me to Dr. Lim! Without even glancing in my general direction, he will be able to wave his hand, and say "he's fine". I hope his peculiar method of medicine works. Meanwhile, for as long as live, I will prefer to consult doctors who actually look at the patient, investigate the symptoms, and consider solutions.
