I took my daughter here, and several fillings have came out since. They also tried to charge me a second time for fixing the fillings. I would not recommend
Dr. Ely Sherryl is an exceptional dentist. As a new patient, I had a crown replacement with Dr. Ely and Michelle, her Assistant. I was very impressed with the results. The entire facility and staff are very professional, courteous, and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Ely Sherryl Family Dentist to anyone looking for exceptional dental work.
Please don't go to Dr Ely they did a filling for me and after the pain medication and I was home I had bad pain for a few days and when I called to come in to get it looked at she wouldn't see me and I had to go to the ER and have three medications prescribed to me and she refused to see me and said go to her friend for a root canal and tried to lie about not getting paid from the insurance and asked for a extra $350 dollars after getting paid and I called my insurance to find out that the girl working didn't know what she w... read more
Had been a client here for several years--finding a new dentist, because they called to cancel a cleaning appointment I booked 6 months in advance the morning of (< 3 hours before the scheduled appointment). They then tried to call me to see if I wanted to take an appointment someone else cancelled for noon several days later (during the work week). This dentist has a horrible attitude and honestly should retire. Her bedside manner is non existent. Please look at the other non favorable reviews and look at her response. Very unprofessional and rude. I was seen in her office for VA purposes June 2023 and she was so nasty towards me.
