Came here yesterday to get an acrylic full set. The nails turned out way too thick, the colour application was messy, and half the nails are wonky and lifted upwards. I came this morning to see if they’d fix it and they weren’t open (during opening hours). I have a wedding in two days and my nails do not look good.
I am always greeted with friendly, warm staff whenever I come here. I instantly feel relaxed and they always make an effort to ask how I am. I’ve recently moved to the country, but instead of finding a new salon, I try to get back here whenever I’m in town. Great service!
I have been a client of Jenny and Vivienne for nearly 20 years. I’m loyal because they are so experienced, friendly and the quality of their service has always been consistent.
