I have battled problems with my lower back and shoulder for a few years now. I initially came in to get an adjustment that I absolutely need. Everything was explained day 1, my pain as well as my twisted hips. So my first day he has me walk the hall, tells me to "drink more water", puts me on the stim machine, and tells me to come back the next day. As an track athlete training for the Olympics, Dr. Elwert has been so amazing helping me recover from a hamstring injury. He is also great on teaching me better techniques with taking care of my body. Since I've been with him over the past 2 years, I've seen a MAJOR difference with my performance and the lack of injuries or soreness I've once experienced! Dr Elwert and his staff (Peggy) are top notch at what they do!! When my neck went out my orthopedic surgeon office referred me to Dr Elwert for treatment. Learning I had arthritis in my neck necessitated weeks of treatment.
