I have battled problems with my lower back and shoulder for a few years now. I initially came in to get an adjustment that I absolutely need. Everything was explained day 1, my pain as well as my twisted hips. So my first day he has me walk the hall, tells me to "drink more water", puts me on the stim machine, and tells me to come back the next day.
