Excellent care throughout process — diagnosis, intermediate care, surgery, and then follow-on consultations. Absolutely no issues with quality of surgery, scarring and recovery. I highly recommend Dr Xhaferi to anyone needing orthopedic care, especially knee replacement surgery.

Dr. Xhaferi and the staff at Mary Washington Orthopedics are absolutely fantastic. On February 11, I had a total left hip replacement done by Dr. Xhaferi. I am so thrilled with the outcome, just as thrilled as I was after Dr. Xhaferi did the same on my right hip in April 2024. I had degenerative Arthritis in both hips and was living with constant pain everyday for years. Dr. Xhaferi alleviated that pain. He's a really great doctor, help me with controlling knee pain. My recommended doctor highly . When I go have my knee surgery I will be using him both knees
I love this practice and doctor Xhaferi and his staff Selena and KP, are excellent. Very thorough and explained why I was having the pain in my shoulder he gave me the exercises to do on my own or make an appointment with PT if needed and follow up if pain persists. I love being able to get an outcome the same day I go see a doctor and not have to wait for X-rays. I was in and out of the office very quickly and left very satisfied that I knew what I needed to do to make my shoulder feel better.
