Dr X is great! He explained things to me so that I understood. He didn’t sugar coat but told me exactly what to expect! I appreciated his candor. I’m 3 months past my knee replacement and it is great!!! Thank you to Julia (his PA) and Dr Xhaferi!!
I need the medical notes from this practice to be rewritten properly. They do not seem to be written by the Doctor. Many inaccuracies and grammatical mistakes. Also, pronoun mistakes that are direct proof it was not the Doctor. Other pronoun mistakes referring to me as " He". Also, pronouns were placed that did reveal it was not the Doctor's notes. Following an appointment with a different knee Dr today that was terrible, It made me think about how different this Dr was than Dr. X was. And this should be expressed because Dr. X, I genuinely appreciate your care so much. You took the time to listen to me when I see all Drs do not do this. You spoke to me respectfully and on a person to person level, sent me for further imaging to confirm if there was anything else going on, and referred me to arthro following. I had a total hip replacement. Wish I would have had it sooner. My hip feels great. The mobility is wonderful.
