I cannot recommend this jewellery store highly enough! I have bought many pieces from Elvis et Moi and i always get compliments. One piece didn't suit me and Emilie was incredible in creating an item that was beautiful, bespoke and so wearable with all my other pieces. She was so responsive and helpful, and the jewellery in store is beautiful as well.

I purchased a beautiful necklace from here weeks go. When it arrived it didn’t fit so I emailed the store and was told they would send me some extra chain. Then they emailed me and asked for my address (strange when they already posted my necklace. That was weeks ago and I have heard nothing. I have emailed and called a number that was listed but the person had no idea what O was talking about. Customer service is dreadful so be careful with what you buy as if it is not right they will not respond in a timely manner.

Great product and service. I ordered a necklace for my partner and it arrived on time and perfectly packaged. I wasn't quite happy with the size of the chain, so I reached out to Elvis et Moi. Their after-sales service was fantastic. They told me they would swap it at no extra charge. I posted it back and they kept in contact with me the whole time. The new necklace came back a few days later, and it's perfect. Couldn't be happier with the new product, and more importantly, the great service.
