I was a single mom when I first started doing business with Elvins's in the mid 90's and, being as such, I truly appreciate that I was always treated with respect and never felt I was given any of the "honey you don't know anything" attitude that us ladies sometimes get from men in the home and auto service industry. As for service calls on the ancient systems originally in my 1st and 2nd homes, the best efforts were always done to repair problems along with explanations of what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it... read more
