Absolutely horrible person and host. Rented an Airbnb from him, it was dirty, in a horrible neighborhood, and had no batteries in fire detector. I messaged him and told him my family didn’t feel safe in that neighborhood and we wanted to leave. I then found a pill from the floor in my ONE year old daughter’s mouth that I had to scoop out. She was rushed to the ER where the pill was identified as an unknown substance and assumed a street drug by poison control. Elvin Villalobos....my Realtor superhero!!! I would like to start with a HUGE thank you on behalf of my wife, kids and myself for making our dream come true. Funny part was that he wasn't even my realtor (as I was the buyer) but the seller's realtor, and yet was the only one that really cared enough to go that extra mile to help me on a personal issue get resolved to be able to get final approval from my VA home loan to be able to close on my new home! What can I say! This has been such an emotional journey from the beginning. Our previous lender was unable to get us approved for a mortgage even though we had a pre-approval lender. Then this is where Elvin stepped in, even though he is just considered a Realtor, he took the extra step in helping us get approved.
