Summer is a stylist at our salon whose professionalism goes above and beyond. A miscommunication on A time change with the client who did not confirm that time would be OK for her. Summer is professional and very talented stylist. We are sorry for any inconvenience..
Elvira is very talented, skilled, and kind. So are the other stylists in her shop. Everyone there is very friendly.
I've never been here before, this was first time. Had made an appointment for 9 am. One of the stylists, Summer, texted me to come in at 8:30. That's when I showed up, but the place was closed and no one showed up until 9. When I showed her the text message which she had sent, she basically just laughed off that I had waited in the cold for half hour. No apology for her not being there on time. She was very disrespectful. Then, refused to cut my hair. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
