Michael is amazingly helpful! Thank you for fixing the inverter on my 2020 Ram 2500! I had referred my friend Nancy R. to Michael in the past, and he did such a good job but she called me afterwards raving about how well Elusive Audio took care of her and her son's audio work. Michael is very thoughtful and patient and meticulous with his work. Highly recommend!!

I just got off a phone call with this guy, looking for help with my 2026 wrangler knee panel speakers and scheduled an appointment with him a little over a month out and he already earned 5 stars. I cant wait to update this review after our appointment. Thank you for providing excellent customer service
