Management has become terrible over the years. They used to send me the lease via mail and now I have to miss work to physical be there to just sign a paper. Also we are always getting stuck in the elevators. I put maintenance service constantly and they get ignored and never fixed. My apartment is next to the elevators and I hear it all day through the walls getting stuck. The hallways never get cleaned anymore.
good afternoon...i must say everyone has experiences different things living in our building. maybe the teant need to keep there apartment clean & not nasty having there children through out there trash & allowing it to build up. instead of throwing it in the chute they leave it on the ground.OUR TENANTS COMPLAIN ABOUT dog poop in the front & back of our building. BUT THERE THE ONES WHO ALLOW THE DOG TO POOP AND NOT PICK IT UP. as for the supers, they can ONLY do but so much with nine buildings. and it only four WORKERS,... read more
The worst management ever! For 5 years construction everyday loud beeping sounds from the trucks start at 6 am. Dust is everywhere can’t even open windows to the apartment. Traffic enforcement picks on resident every single day they pass and give tickets even at 3 am! On top of all this .. Management took away my parking spot during Covid because I wasn’t able to pay on time. Stay away from Gateway Elton!!!
Stay away if you can that's if you care about your overall health and safety. Close to the shopping mall but it does not outweigh the health risks, and safety of living here! Once a garbage dump and still treated like it! Management is quite unprofessional and 5 years with the same office issues. Multi Billion dollar company with clearly no money spent to manage their office effectively! Let me start off by saying Gateway Community is a very nice area to live. I normally don’t do reviews but I have to do an updated review for Elton Gateway Apartment Managment. Seven months ago I gave a this property a three star because this property management staff is so disgusting to me. This property has had several different staff members come in since I moved in this property.
