I have only lived here for a couple of months now and I can safely say that home invasions are a part of this experience here within this brand new community. I moved in to cold water that was corrected the next day, even though it should have never been cold in the first place. Now after living here a couple of months I realize that complimentary audio and video may be my situation. Also if I say things in "My" apartment that some may not like, then things begin to magically stop working. So far, garbage disposal, ice maker, several electrical outlets. 💁 I just moved in yesterday and the water was cold. Maintenance was called only to show up immediately and adjust the water to be lukewarm NOT at all HOT.
