Great experience! I always trust Target Optical locations to get my Rx right and help with any adjustments I have after I get my new glasses.
Previous visits were great, but this time had a different Dr who would not let me ask questions or give input. After waiting a couple of weeks for trial contacts, I found my prescription isn't even close to being correct. No one was able to help when I called so will need to find time to go to the very chaotic store to resolve or start over with a different optical office.
Mary was very helpful. Knows insurance well and ordered glasses for us.
It went very well. We walked in it was pretty busy, however we were greeted within 3 ish minutes of walking in the door, and told we would be helped momentarily. We did arrive early for our appointments so we didn’t mind waiting. Over all we were in and out of there within 25 minutes! Very happy with this clinic. We will continue to come back.
