Overall happy with my time here. No huge complaints - it's in a nice, fairly quiet area that feels safe, the amenities are great, and the size is perfect for me. :) The new management seems so nice, too - they did a cute little "Resident Appreciation Week" a few months ago, which was just a breath of positivity. I've had quite a few maintenance tickets I've had to put in for various issues, but all were addressed within 48 hours (with both Granite and J&G managing). The responsiveness has pleased me! Just moved in a couple months ago. Apartment was in good condition when we moved in. Management is very responsive to any questions or concerns. We had an issue with the in unit dryer when we first moved in and they fixed it the same day. No complaints so far !
Pros: 1. Each unit has washer and dryer, which is a huge benefit. 2. The view is quite nice from the balconies and the apartments are well kept and clean. 3. The maintenance is quite fast and easy. 4. Close to Pay less. 5. Kitchen comes equipped with microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. 6. It has paid carport option. Cons: 1. It is a bit far from Purdue campus, but if you have a car, it should not be a problem for you. The bus stop is right in front of the apartment. 2.
