Management here is awful. I actually liked it better when granite ran it which is an insane thing to say. They gave us a bogus charge for renters insurance when they changed systems even though we've been insured the entire time, and either refuse to take the charge off or don't see any of our messages. If you try to call, absolutely no way you get to talk to a real person. The apartments themselves are nice, but don't let that fool you. It's not a nice place to live. I am currently in another state and need to contact the leasing office about some tricky questions. However, it is impossible to reach the leasing office right now because an AI bot is basically running it. Phone calls do not work, SMS does not work, and email does not work either. All of my attempts get handled by AI, turned into tickets, and then no one really gets back to me. Even when they do, they just throw back canned answers that do not fit my situation, even though I explained it very clearly in my original request.... read more
Overall happy with my time here. No huge complaints - it's in a nice, fairly quiet area that feels safe, the amenities are great, and the size is perfect for me. :) The new management seems so nice, too - they did a cute little "Resident Appreciation Week" a few months ago, which was just a breath of positivity. I've had quite a few maintenance tickets I've had to put in for various issues, but all were addressed within 48 hours (with both Granite and J&G managing). The responsiveness has pleased me!
