Great service and an excellent doctor with people skills. I've had many eye exams, and I was pleasantly surprised when the doctor did the exam and tests himself. He explained everything to me in detail, which no other eye doctor has done before. The office receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I went home and recommended this office and doctor to my family.
Dr. Elsten is an exceptional optomotrist. I have had a couple eye issues that another optomotrist would refer me out for (know from experience), and Dr. Elsten was able to perform exam and r/o retinal tear without a referral elsewhere. Such a relief after all I went through before. Our family has now been with Dr. Elsten for 16 years, and I recommend him to all of my patients and friends. Dr. Elsten and his staff are the best. I had some minor issues with the medication and he took the time to explain and adjust it for me. They also called to check on me several times. I really feel like he cares about his patients. I would recommend him to anyone.
I had such a wonderful experience here with Dr. Elsten and his staff. Very friendly, educational and just an overall nice office. If you're looking for a great and knowledgeable optometrist - look no further.
