I took my daughter there and she loved it! There's a play area to keep her busy until they call her name. When she went back the assistant (Nastocia) was very friendly and knowledgeable with what was going to be done. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very kid friendly
I came in today which was a very busy day. Even though it was busy. I was greeted with smiles by Brandy. Brandy answered all my questions and made my day. Shauna also did a great job with cleaning my kids teeth.
Staff is wonderful! Thanks to Alma I was able to set up my appointment at Kool smiles after recommending the office!
Great doctors and staff. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Will definitely be back. I highly recommend this office!
My daughter needed a filling and crown today. She was pretty scared but the Assistant Karina & Dr.Moola talked her through it, showed her what was going to be done! They were really sweet! Thanks to them my daughter had a good experience!
I can honestly say that I love kool smiles. The staff is awsome, my kids love coming here so for that I give kool smiles a 5 start rating. Keep up the good work nic and Dr. Jung
checking in was a bit of a hassle seems their was a little confusion but it all got straightened out. when I was called back they actually called all my kids together usually its only 2 at a time. I was able to be with all my kids. Stopped by to make an appointment for kids,they were able to fit me in same day...How Awesome!!!Staff in the back clinic truly amazing another kid was having a birthday they sang happy birthday...this kid was all smiles..thank you Renee, Nis and Joyce!!!!
This was perhaps the most unprofessional "establishment" I've ever taken my child to besides maybe Chucky Cheese. I am relatively sure that the staff employed were either dropouts in their class or somehow being forced to work there. I can't see any other reason why anyone would want to be there. They overbook appointments and have an inefficient system where they call out names of people they can't find and when they finally get you back to the real nightmare, You are forced to sit and wait for approximately another hour wh... read more
