Dr. Lai is the best. When my mom needed urgent eye care this week, he moved heaven and earth to ensure she got the treatment she needed. His entire office is extremely professional and friendly, and worked so hard to coordinate with insurance and the surgical center. Thanks to Dr. Lai and his team, my mom has already recovered sight in her left eye. My entire family owes Dr. Lai a debt of gratitude.
