Waited 1.5 hrs after my appt time, doctor never showed up. The nurse was nice and apologized for the wait but I would never come here again - I should have checked the reviews, this is apparently very common at this location.
When I walked in I was immediately put off by the buzz in door system. My previous experience many years ago in another state did not have that. I was questioned for a while on why I was there and confused because online says walk in welcome but front desk made it seem like I needed one. However, after explaining i was trying to do a walk in they did buzz me in. The front desk was extremely helpful. Wait times even with an appointment are astronomical. It’s been 2 hours since my check in time and I’m still waiting for the clinician. What’s the point of an appointment?
I had by far the worst experience out of any health clinic I’ve been to. Dr Jessica should not be working in the medical industry. She lacks compassion, sympathy, and actually caused me pain during my visit which has never happened and it seemed very purposeful. She seemed annoyed after I confronted her about walking in on me doing the self swab TWICE (I’m not a professional so I need at least 5 minutes). Everytime I come here, they are quick, really supportive and sweet, the employees seem to have a great work environment between themselves, they seem happy. Testing is the fasted I've ever experienced and the resources are great. I prefer to come here whenever I need this type of care. This is a safe location. Thank you so much for doing what you do, and your hiring process is amazing, as all of your employees are fantastic, calm, sweet and supportive.
